Check Out What’s New with Fidelity TitleForce!

We’ve recently made some upgrades to our already very powerful Fidelity TitleForce app!  This prospecting tool allows the user to have on-the-ready property information, Walking Farm®, prospecting, and calculation tools.  Here is what’s new:


  • Addresses “auto-completes” while typing in map views.
  • Get directions for the address in a property report, or any properties in a farm.
  • Show/hide security code and password makes it easier to be sure you are trying the right information.


  • Email a single farm property (from the detailed view of a farm record).
  • “Fast Farm” easily creates a farm area around an address (select “Fast Farm” from a property report).
  • Sort by street name and house number (from farm list view, select “sort”).

*All features may not be available for all users, in all areas.



  • Walking Farm® reports missing after the last app update may now be restored.
  • Map now maintains current map location when starting a walking farm (previously, was reloading the map to user’s current location).
  • “Hide Keyboard” button added to initial login view (previously, users had to “tap out” of the keyboard to drop it, in order to hit the next button to proceed to the next screen).
  • Issue being requested to verify email address every time app launches has been resolved.


  • Map now maintains current map location when starting a walking farm (previously, was reloading the map to user’s current location).
